Scream Factory has given a large update on their slate of upcoming releases. Check out all the details below:
After staying low profile for a few weeks, Scream Factory has given a large update on all their upcoming releases. Here is a full list of the updates:
- The extras for all of their October releases will be announced in early September. Here is the list of titles they will be releasing in October: Eli Roth's The Stranger, The Return of Count Yorga, The Larry Fessenden Collection, Tales From the Crypt: Demon Knight, Tales From the Crypt: Bordello of Blood, Human Centipede III, Human Centipede: The Complete Sequence, Army of Darkness.
- One hint given was that Army of Darkness is now a 3-disc Blu-ray set.
- Death Becomes Her was originally scheduled for November but has been moved to early 2016 but for good reasons that they cannot explain at this time.
- The Troll & Troll 2 Double Feature Blu-ray will be released on 11/17/15. Extras for this release are currently in the works.
- Blood & Lace will be released on 11/24/15 and will be sporting a new HD transfer. This release will be a Blu-ray + Dvd Combo Pack.
- Ghost Story will be released on 11/24/15. Extras are in progress but Scream Factory already has one fantastic extra produced that they will share at a later time.
- The Car is currently planned for a December 2015 release. For some reason Scream Factory is not allowed to use the original theatrical poster or international poster art for the release so newly designed artwork has been made and is awaiting approval. Once the approval goes through an official release date will be announced.
- Woman's Prison Massacre, Garbage Pail Kids, and Nightmares are all planned for a December 2015 release. There are no other details on this releases at this time.
- Jack's Back and The Guardian are planned for a January 2016 release.
- Scream Factory is still having trouble finding suitable film elements for Destroyer so no release date is available.
- The Serpent and the Rainbow will likely be released in either February or March 2016.
- Scream Factory has more titles to announce for the year's end that will be announced by the end of September. As well they will be announcing more titles in October for release in 2016.
