As to be expected after a busy news week like last week, this week there wasn't too much Blu-ray news. A couple of new releases were put out this week and Scream Factory announced the extras to one of their upcoming releases. That's about it for news. Get the details below:

Scream Factory has announced the extras for their upcoming Collector's Edition Blu-ray release of Escape From New York. It is loaded. Check out the full list of extras Here.

Tidbits:

- Carrie / The Rage: Carrie II Double Feature Blu-ray will have two discs.

-Answers to some title requests by fans:

• Scream Factory would love to release The Guardian (1990) but nothing is planned at this time.
• Scream Factory cannot get the rights to Burnt Offerings.
• No luck for Scream Factory to release Light Blast.
• Scream Factory does not have the rights to Spellcaster.
