This week was a pretty jam packed week for Blu-ray news. First Scream Factory announced a few new Blu-ray releases. Second they gave some updates on some previously announced releases. Finally, Synapse films announced a new release. Overall a pretty busy news week. Here is all the details:

Scream Factory announced a slight delay on their upcoming Blu-ray release of From a Whisper to a Scream. All the details are Here.
Scream Factory officially announced the joint Blu-ray release (with IFC Midnight) of The Babadook. The set will be jam packed and available in three different editions. Check Here for all the details.

-Scream Factory has no future deals with Miramax at this time.
-Answers to some title requests by fans:
- Scream Factory tried, but was unable to, secure the rights for Bucaroo Banzai.
- Scream Factory has no plans for Never Too Young To Die.
- Scream Factory has no plans for Fatal Games.
- Scream Factory does not have Future Kill.
- Interestingly, Scream Factory is not actively pursuing the rights for Big Trouble in Little China at this time.
